Claudia Barilla sues Guy Laliberté for 50 million

It is being posted all over celebrity gossip sites that former model Claudia Barilla is suing Guy Laliberté for 50 million dollars. Guy Laliberté is founder and owner of Cirque Du Soleil and is a famous high stakes poker player.

Claudia Barilla is currently receiving 35k a month for living expenses for herself and her sons, but seeks 50 million and 50k a month. If Guy stops playing poker because of this, will Tom Dwan sue for one million a month for lifestyle he has become accustomed to? I doubt she wins the case and I doubt Guy quits playing poker.
