Rizia Moreira may be the ex girlfriend who is suing Guy Laliberte, and not Claudia Laliberte as stated in previous post. The correct info is hard to come by since the judge in Montreal put a gag order on this case. Rizia has 3 kids with the high stakes poker player and owner of Cirque De Soleil and Claudia Barilla has 2 kids. The article in Montreal news states the woman who is suing him has 3 kids however it may be both women.

Rizia Moreira ex boyfriend Herbert Black who is funding the lawsuit. He has already paid her lawyer 1 million plus in lawyer fees! Is he doing this to be nice to Rizia Moreira, or does he have an axe to grind with Guy Laliberte? Herbert Black is a Montreal metals magnate who successfully sued Sotheby’s a little while back for millions.
