40k NL Holdem Event 2 in 2009 WSOP

The 40k buy in at the 2009 WSOP is looking like it’s going to be the real main event of the World Series of Poker. Over the last 5 years the WSOP has been flooded with amateur poker players posting 10k to compete in the main event with is the 10k buyin. Well the pros feel as though it is a crap shoot to win a poker tournament with 8k players in it, so it looks like the added a 40k poker tournament which will filter out allot of the weak players.

I predict this will be the main event as far as NL Holdem goes, but the 50k HORSE will be the most prestigious event.
