Gavin Smith was eliminated in ten place after losing with rolled up 8’s. Chau Giang was eliminated in 16th place losing to a straight. Online hotshot David Baker was eliminated in 17th place. 2008 main event final table contestant Ylon Schwartz was eliminated in the money at 18th place. Steve Billirakis was eliminated in 23th place and also finished in the money.

Event 22 – $1,500 No Limit Hold’em Shootout
Eugene Katchalov is doing well in the $1,500 Shootout, and was very surprised to see him play in a $1,500 tournament. Jonathan Jaffe is barely alive in this one, last year he had 3 cashes.

Event 23 – $10,000 World Championship No Limit Deuce to Seven Draw
John Juanda is in 4th place right now. I had him in my last deuce to seven draw fantasy league at Full Tilt Poker, but I don’t think I picked him for this. I’m 90% sure I picked Archie Karas for this one and hes in 6th right now. Also notable is David Benyamine and Justin Smith aka BoostedJ. Archie Karas is a famous poker player from Greece who went on a 40 million dollar run and back to zero and back up again.

Aditya Agarwal: 73,000
Darryl Fish: 98,000
Allen Kim: 82,000
Allen Jeffery: 82,000
Anthony Yeh: 83,000

Phil Hellmuth is on a very short stack of 3k.

I can’t wait for this years 50k Horse Event, and I hope my predictions go allot better than my 40k event prediction. Phil Ivey is playing very hot so look for him at the final table. I think he won a huge bet by winning a bracelet this year and who knows if he gets 10 to one if he wins two. Phil Ivey is alleged to have won $10,000,000 in totals from all his bets this year that he would win a bracelet.
