WhiteRice1 wins Full Tilt Sunday 750k

The October 4th edition of the Full Tilt Poker Sunday 750k drew 4,013 players looking for their share of the $802,600 prize pool. $141,731.13 was the top prize everyone was shooting for and 585 players would be paid. Full Tilt red pros playing in the event included Ram Vaswani, Kristy Gazes, Berry Johnston, and Lee Watkinson. Watkinson finished as the high man on the red pro totem pole, finishing in 201st place.
Matt “All In at 420″ Stout made a nice run in the event, but fell short of the final table in 16th place. WhiteRice1 started the final table as the chip leader. This is how the final nine players started final table play:

LangnerBR was the first player eliminated from the final table. He moved all-in for 248,741 total pre-flop after mookymcmoookstr raised. Mookymcmoookster made the call and was racing with his A-K against the pocket sixes of LangerBR. The flop and turn missed both players but the river fell the Ah to send LangnerBR home in 9th.

Stroker11 was next to hit the brick. He moved all-in pre-flop for 419,618 and freedomtc re-shoved for 1.1 Millon. Everyone else got out of the way and Stroker11 was dominated as his Js-10 faced Kc-Jh. The board missed both players and stroker11 was out in 8th.

H2Olga raised to 150,000 pre-flop and Oz Doc decided to shove with his Ad-Qh. Unfortunately for him, H2Olga held pocket aces. The board missed both players and Oz Doc went back behind the curtain in 7th place.

PhiLLeD1NGUE moved all-in from the small blind pre-flop and freedomtc re-shoved from the big blind. Freedomtc held pocket tens and faced Ah-7d. A ten on the flop gave freedomtc a set of tens and Ph1LLeD1NGUE finished the day in 6th place.

Freedomtc was wheeled out of here in 5th place. H2Olga called a 128,000 pre-flop raise from freedomtc and the flop fell 5h-2s-4h freedomtc checked and H2Olga bet out 200,000. Freedomtc raised to 900,000, followed by a shove all-in for 2.96 Million from H2Olga. Freedomtc was all-in for 2.3 Million and turned over As-3h for the flopped wheel. H2Olga turned over Ah-Jh for the nut flush draw. The turn fell the Kh to give H2Olga the nut flush and freedomtc was left drawing dead. The river fell the 8h for overkill and freedomtc was out in 5th.

A few hands later, WhiteRice1 raised to 189,679 from the button and georche moved all-in for 1.534 Million from the small blind. WhiteRice1 made the call and showed As-6s. Georche showed Kh-Qs. The flop fell J-10-8 to give georche a straight draw, but that’s all he would get. WhiteRice1’s ace high was good and we were down to our final three players.

H2Olga got into a raising war pre-flop with WhiteRice1 and was all-in with Ah-Ks against pocket tens. A ten on the flop left H2Olga needing running straight cards to win. The turn 7d gave WhiteRice1 a full house and left H2Olga drawing dead. H2Olga finished this event in 3rd place and took home $56,182.

Heads-up play started with WhiteRice1 holding a dominating 10.5 Million to 1.5 Million chip lead over mookymcmoookstr. Heads-up play lasted four hands. Mookymcmoookster raised from the button to 240,000 and WhiteRice1 moved all-in. Mookymcmoookstr called with Ad-3s and was ahead of the Kh-8h of WhiteRice1. The flop fell with an eight and a three to put WhiteRice1 in the lead. The turn fell the 7s and river the Qc and WhiteRice1 is the Full Tilt Sunday 750k champion. Mookymcmoookstr finished in 2nd and won $85,797.94.

WhiteRice1 is the champion of this week’s edition of the Full Tilt Sunday 750k. He started as the chip leader and was chip leader for much of the final table. H2Olga put up a strong challenge and took the chip briefly, but WhiteRice1 hung tough, retook the chiplead, and then turned on the afterburners to take it home.
