Once again the 7-Game mixed poker games went off being played at incredible stakes Thursday night. Three table were going off at the $2000/$4000 limit between some of the regulars of the biggest online games in the world. Players included Full Tilt Poker Red Pros Richard Ashby and David Benyamine, who were joined by Phil Galfond ‘OMGClayAiken’ and 7-Game regular ‘EazyPeazy’ The high stakes poker action had been going in full force as both Galfond and Benyamine started play with stacks of over $200,000 on different tables. The first big pot of the night was a monster. In the Limit Omaha H/L round, Richard Ashby took both the high and low pots totalling $45,000 from Galfond and Benyamine in the following hand.

An even bigger pot took place heads up between Galfond and Benyamine on the following hand. In Pot Limit Omaha, all the money went in on the flop, and Galfond took the pot worth almost $90,000 from David Benyamine.

Benyamine quickly reloaded on the heads up table, but it didn’t take long for him to take a big hit in the Limit Hold ‘Em round when he lost a $35,000 pot to Galfond by calling with a losing hand on the river.

We stick with the heads up table between Galfond and Benyamine for our next hand. Still in the Limit Hold ‘Em round, Benyamine made a raise forcing Galfond out of the following pot worth over $30,000.

The heads up table got a lot more interesting when Gus Hansen sat down with $20,000. It didn’t take long for Hansen to get in on the action, as he doubled his stack to $40,000 after this hand.

Phil Galfond used his entire stack to bully David Benyamine out of the following pot in the No Limit Hold ‘Em round.

A massive $35,000 bet helped David Benyamine take the following pot off Phil Galfond in the PLO round in this hand.

‘EazyPeazy’ doubled through David Benyamine in the following $40,000 pot of Limit Omaha H/L/

Benyamine got some of his money back, however, by taking the next $30,000 pot off Phil Galfond.

Pocket tens were good enough for Gafond to take down Benyamine’s pocket sixes in a pot worth almost $50,000.

The biggest winner of the night was Phil Galfond, while players such as ‘EazyPeazy’ and Gus Hansen lost money, with David Benyamine breaking about even.
