On a side note, Phil Hellmuth shared with listeners that Darvin Moon was offered 75k to wear a logo before play had even reached the money in the Main Event. Moon declined.
Cada ran into big trouble Vs Moon’s seemingly weak style of play. Cada consistently raised pre-flop and Moon typically called along. Then on the flop, Moon would either bet out or in some cases make a huge raise to push Cada out of several pots. Moon was unbluffable and Joe’s style relies on sliding chips.
After the break, Darvin came out swinging taking his stack up to 140 million and Cada’s slipped 50 million. Cada continued to bluff a calling station.
Hand 71 resulted in another huge pot as Darvin double barrel re-raises the flop for 15 million.
Darvin donk bets out on hand 72 or 74. Will Darvin make the donk bet fashionable? River poker would be the best strategy to take on Moon, but Cada continued to play aggressive.

Darvin Moon called an all-in bet from Cada with QJ suited VS Joe Cada’s 99. This made for a 143 million chip pot and Moon was at risk! 8 7 2 flop turn K river 7.
