Isildur1 Multi-tabling 25 50 Pot Limit Omaha

Posted by Poker Videos on January 29th, 2011

Viktor Blom screen name Isildur1 has found a new nemesis by the name of Flotsamfiend. Isildur1 was quite annoyed by the aggressive Super Nova Elite, so much that he would leave and come back on 5 tables and would short stack and play small ball. Yes! That’s right – Isildur1 min raising pre flop. It also appears that Isildur1 is going busto according to his stack sizes, internet chatter, and stats. I still don’t why he insists on playing Pot Limit Omaha over his specialty of No Limit Holdem. Flotsamfiend, on the other hand, is up 300k in 25/50 pot limit omaha with no signs of slowing down. Isildur1 was getting called with any top pair from any opponent. It seems they all wanted to bust the once mysterious superstar.

Jared Bleznick screen name harrington25 posts 100k win

Posted by Poker Videos on July 28th, 2010

Capped Limit Omaha games have been the new craze in the online poker world. Friday was no different as four different tables of this high stakes action took place on Full Tilt Poker. As usual, the biggest names in poker took to the online felt such as Tom Dwan screen name durrrr, Ilari Sahamies screen name ‘Ziigmund’, Di Dang screen name Urindanger, and Markus Golser.

Our first hand sees online pro Jared Bleznick screen name ‘harrington25′ take a pot worth nearly $25,000 with a bet on the river.

Dwan 1

Di Dang took this pot from ‘Luukie21′ by flopping a straight against two pair.

Dwan 2

Jared Bleznick took both runs of another pot in this hand by making a full house on the turn, besting the straight of ‘LokoIsBack’ on both runs, for a pot worth over $30,000.

Bleznick continued his big day by capping this next hand on the flop, forcing Di Dang to lay his hand down.

Dwan 4

Dwan took some back from Bleznick here. An all in shove on the flop was good enough for this pot.

Dwan 5

Aces held for ‘LokoIsBack’ to take this pot from Dwan, surviving both runs to win a total pot of nearly $30,000.

Dwan 6

‘LokoIsBack’ took the biggest hand of the session here. On a three way cap, the player’s flush was good enough to take over $40,000 from both Sahamies and Dwan.

Dwan 7

Di Dang capped this hand against Jared Bleznick, and made his straight on both runs to take the entire pot.

Dwan 8

On the final hand of the day, Tom Dwan used a big bet of nearly $10,000 to win this hand from ‘LokoIsBack.’

Dwan 9

On the session, Jared Bleznick was the big winner, of nearly $100,000. Dwan was also a winner, but only to the tune of around $25,000. Di Dang and Ilari Sahamies were the two notable losers on the day.

The 2010 WSOP already has some hefty poker prop bets, one with Phil Ivey and Howard Lederer and one with Justin Bonomo. I’m expecting a smaller turnout for the main event and 10k HORSE, I’d say 10% down from last year. I think this may be the year that a female pro takes down the main event if Annette Obrestad can get a big stack out of day 2. It might be the year that a famous pro like Phil Ivey or Phil Hellmuth takes it down. Get ready for the 2010 World Series of Poker!

note: I will be adding to this list up until the Thursday before the WSOP
