This Event is no doubt what decides who the best “Poker” player in the world is. Eli Elezra is in first right now with about $550k, and Phil Ivey and Barry Greenstein are in 2nd and 3rd. These players and others that are in the top ten of this tournament play in the “Big Game”. The 50k buy in eliminates the idoits like that big asshole blowing guy that made it deep in the 2005 WSOP. And if the guy is a rich idoit donk, he will have to outplay tables that have little or no weak spots and beat 8 guys at the main forms of poker that they play everyday. On top of that the tournament is limit and has a good blind structure and starting chips.

Chip Reese won last year and is in tenth place right now defending his title. He beat Andy Bloch last year after getting lucky a few times against him. Although he was chip leader when the final table started.

Freddy Deeb has also slipped into the top ten while I’ve been writing this!

It has come to my attention that there is a Poker “sweatshop” at work at Full Tilt poker. The story was originally posted at Two Plus Two. I have used my resources in Pittsburgh to disclose to me the person in charge of this ring. I cannot tell you that I viewed this in person so this is second hand information. The photo below has been verified!
I was told about this story one year ago but did not remember the guys name. I called a player from one of the rooms that I play in and had them remind me of the name.

The person in question is Charles Kuruzovich (aka full_tilting). Charles goes by “Chuck” in Pittsburgh poker rooms. One day his brother “Fast Eddie”(who is a poker dealer in underground rooms) was bragging about his brother “Chuck” in Johnstown who pays 6-8 people
to sit in a room and play on a system. He pays them $8.00/ hour. He has set rules for the “human bots” to abide by. Once they are in a situation with a big hand, they call the ring leader over to make a decision. Now keep in mind that I do not know for a fact that it is Charles Kuruzovich who is involved. He was the one pointed out in Two Plus Two. His screen name on pokerstars is Chuckk. I don’t see how this can be anyone else. How many people do you know that are heavily involved in poker that run “human bot” operations. I repeat that this is the alleged person. Further investigations must be done to find out the exact facts. I will email Full Tilt and ask some questions today. I do not know if this is cheating but in my opinion it is an unfair advantage. It might as well be cheating.

This next hand is further proof of how bad new player angelica18 is. Perhaps he or she is not a new player, but has changed their screen name. This is a common practice amongst poor poker players and really good players. The poor players are embarrassed about their stats and the really good players need to change it to get action when people will no longer play them.

Phil Ivey sits down for a minute and loses 40k to John Juanda and then calls it a night.  Then it comes down to The gift of Gab, John Juanda, and Durrrr raising and reraises each other.  The Gift of Gab was really not doing so well until the 70k hand and earlier he lost a couple buy ins.

John Juanda ended up the winner up about 80k.
