One of MacPhee’s most recent wins has been overshadowed by the other surprising events which took place. MacPhee won the ETP for the €1 million which was up for grabs. However, masked gunman broke into the EPT event and took a portion of the prize pool. This excitement may be a good thing for MacPhee as it has him appearing on several TV shows and news stations where he details the robbery. However, this win was a huge deal for MacPhee and is one of many great moments in his poker career. This win brought MacPhee his first win at his first ever EPT final table.

This travel brings him good things in the poker scene. Besides his most recent first place championship, he also came in 111st place at the PokerStars EPT Caribbean Adventure event. This earned him another $23,500 which he claimed in January, 2010. It is apparent that MacPhee has finally found out what it is that he should be doing with his life and it is going very well for him.

Kevin MacPhee had gone to college for seven years to claim a degree in general studies. However, when it comes to poker, he seems to know how to get the job done and has found himself a spot among the elite. He is one of the poker millionaires whom have found a way to make a lucrative career out of doing what he loves.

Some of MacPhee’s other recent cashes include him emerging as the winner on the Sunday Brawl which was featured on Full Tilt Poker; this happened in January of 2010 and was good for more than 86,000. In October of 2009, he found himself winning the Wednesday Quarter Million on PokerStars for an incredible top prize of more than 51,000. He also came in fourth place in the NL Hold’em $250,000 guaranteed which took place on PokerStars during December of 2009. This had earned him more than 31,000. MacPhee seems to be making just as much of a name for himself online as he is offline. When it comes to poker, there seems to be no place a player can go to not have to face off against this more than capable opponent.
