Alexia Portal is a well-known French actress. She’s best known for her role as Beatrice Romand’s son’s girlfriend, Rosine, in the film, Autumn Tale, released in 1998. However, in addition to her role in the popular film, she has also be seen in French theater productions, as well as, making appearances on numerous French television shows. Her acting career started in 1996 and she can often still be seen on stage in France or still appearing on French TV.

In addition to acting, Alexia has another love, and that is the love of poker. When she is not on stage or preparing for a film or television series, she can usually be found at or around the tables. She currently only competes in tournaments and her specialty is the one and only…Texas Hold’em. Her talent landed her a spot on Team Winamax, a French professional poker team, in late 2007.

Her first games were at the Aviation Club de France, Parisian temple of poker, in the 2000s. She did well there and eventually progressed to a final competition reserved for television celebrities, Tournament of Aces. Since then, she has gone on to compete in the 2008 European Poker Tour in London, placing 22nd in the No Limit Hold’em Championship, winning $32,386 and more recently, the 2009 European Poker Tour in San Remo, placing 57th in the No Limit Hold’em competition, winning $17,800.
