Tatjana was born in the former Yugoslavian country of Bosnia-Herzegovina. As she grew up, she experienced many things that led to her choice to move to Denmark at 19 years old. Upon moving to Denmark, this young woman found a love for online poker. One of her earliest jobs led her to become an online poker blogger and an event presenter.
After working as a manager for an online poker company, Tatjana took the jump into poker blogging.

Her first event was in Monte Carlo, where she followed and blogged the event action in English. The same year, she attended the Malta Poker Tour and later the World Series of Poker, each time improving her poker blogging and reporting skills. She began freelance blogging and left the poker company she was the country manager for. Then, in a bold move she blended her own forum with a Serbo-Bosnian community site, Pokermika.com. This established her as the first known Croatian poker journalist. Taking this position seriously, she invested her savings into traveling to attend the major poker events, live. Among that, she followed the European Poker Tour (EPT) and the World Series of Poker (WSOP) closely while not neglecting the local poker news and events.

Since her major launch into online poker blogging, she’s been requested to write for Poker Europa Magazine, On the Rail, and for the nefarious Playboy Magazine.
In her time blogging about poker from live land based main events and an online perspective, she’s had the opportunity to learn the game from the top players in the world. Tatjana competed in her first live poker event in the September 2009 Unibet Open, Prague. She placed 47th, cashing for $2,937 in her first live event. She didn’t limit her event play there. She competed in the PartyPoker.com Women’s World Cup IV on March 23rd, 2010 in London. There she played well, fought hard and cashed in 6th place bringing home 3 thousand dollars.
Although she’s a relative newbie to the event tables, Tatjana Pasalic is firmly established in the world of poker. As she continues to report on the game, her knowledge will grow and so will her incredible skill. Expect to see her at all of the major events, but don’t be certain you’ll know if she’s competing or not before the event begins.
