kasiiino Vs ChichaGlisha

Posted by Poker Videos on October 20th, 2011

Pokerbloggs.com is going to resume coverage of high stakes poker games that take place online. The DOJ indictments of Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker put an extraordinary burden on the income of Pokerbloggs but we survived. We will try to cover as much of the high stakes games at Party and Pokerstars as we can.

In the last 24 hours, real name Diogo Veiga screen name phounderAA has won over 68k. Real Name Richard Lyndaker screen name nutsinho is up almost 50k.

Kasiiino would end up losing almost 20k to ChichaGlisha over 1000k hands on multiple screens. Kasiiino would try to small ball pre flop VS the more aggressive ChichaGlisha. This would prove to be devastating and would put a larger dent in Kasiiino’s bankroll.

Di Dang posts 100k plus win VS Gus Hansen

Posted by Poker Videos on October 29th, 2010

More high stakes games taking place on Wednesday on Full Tilt Poker. The usual big names included both Gus Hansen and Di Dang screen name urindanger, who played heads up at the massive $500/$1000 Pot Limit Omaha tables.

It took no time at all to find a big hand. Here, Dang makes a big bet on the turn, forcing Hansen to fold.

Dang1

Dang won the next hand with a similar strategy. However, this pot was taken on the river, with a bet of $9,200.

Dang2

Gus had had enough, and showed it here. With an already big pot nearing $40,000, The Great Dane made a bet of over $20,000 on the river, forcing ‘Urindanger’ to lay his hand down.

Dang3

At a six handed table, Hansen was involved in another big hand. He got it in on this flop with harrington25, and lost both runs as his opponent caught up and scooped the $32,000 flop.

Dang4

This next hand actually went to showdown, which was rare for the day. Di Dang won the $27,000 pot with two pair, queens and jacks.

Dang5

Hansen continued his slide here. After a river card, Dang made a bet of over $14,000. Hansen tanked for quite a while before releasing his hand and the pot.

Dang6

Another big hand went to showdown here. The two got all of Hansen’s money in the pot on the flop, and Dang won the first run with a flush and the second with a full house.

Dang7

The amazing slide of Hansen did not stop there. In this pot, which was again run twice, Dang once again scooped for a total pot of $80,000.

Dang8

This final hand summed up the entire session. When faced with a bet of over $7,000 on the turn, Gus decided to cut his losses and let his hand go.

Dang9

On the session, Gus Hansen was seen losing pot after pot. When it was all said and done, Gus was a loser to the amount of around $150,000, nearly all of it going to the days big winner, Di Dang screen name Urindanger.

Luukie21 posts 100k win at Full Tilt Poker

Posted by Poker Videos on October 22nd, 2010

High stakes Omaha hi games on Full Tilt Poker have become the norm. This session was no different, as both heads up and six handed games were going off at the highest of stakes. Wasting no time, the heads up game gave us big action. Gus Hansen was playing Luukie21 at $500/$1000 Cap PLO. Queens won this big pot for ‘Luukie21,’ which turned out being worth over $11,000.

Gus1

The next hand comes from the six handed game. While Hansen and ‘Luukie21′ enjoyed each other company heads up, they also played in the six max $200/$400 games. Here, Luukie21 made a bet of $1700 on a flop, but was forced to lay it down when Arbianight raised to $4000.

Gus 2

Back to the heads up, ‘Luukie21′ continued to take pots from Hansen, this time with a massive bet of $10,800.

Gus 3

The trend continued here, with a big pot of $13,500 being rewarded to ‘Luukie21’s full house.

Gus 4

Once again over to the six max table, Gus Hansen continued to bleed money. After a preflop cap and agreement to run it twice, harrington25 s flush came on both streets, winning this pot.

Gus 5

Hansen couldn’t pick it up in this hand. Nine’s were good for this pot of over $10,000 for ‘Luuke21.’

Gus 6

In this hand, Gus finally fought back. After building a big pot going into the river, Hansen made a bet of $10,000. ‘Luukie21,’ still up a big amount, laid his hand down.

Gus 7

The good forture for Hansen did not last long. Here, in the biggest pot of the day, he folded on the flop. After building a massive pot worth $35,000, ‘Luukie21′ led out for $4200, which was good enough to take the hand.

Gus 8

In the final hand of the day, Gus Hansen once again watched his money go elsewhere. This hand took place at the six max table. ‘Arbianight’ took this big hand of $32,000 from Hansen with three of a kind.

Gus 9

In case you couldn’t tell, Gus Hansen was the obviously loser tonight. From rough estimates, it appeared as though Hansen was down around $150,000 on the session, with ‘Luukie21′ pocketing about $100,000 of that amount.

Gus Hansen – Phil Ivey – Di Dang post wins in high stakes online poker

Posted by Poker Videos on July 31st, 2010

Wednesday evening saw another healthy influx of high stakes cash games on Full Tilt Poker. To the surprise of none, the game was again full of the biggest named pros to ever play online. Tom Dwan ‘durrrr’ was joined by Di Dang screen name ‘Urindanger’, David Benefield, Gus Hansen, and Phil Ivey. In the first big pot of the day, Dwan wins a pot worth over $23,000 by rivering a straight against the top set of ‘FinnnishNightmre.’

Ivey 1

The next hand went the opposite way. ‘FinnnishNightmre’ won this next pot for more than $20,000 with deuces full of aces, taking nearly all of his money back from Dwan.

Ivey 2

Dwan dropped another pot in this hand. Gus Hansen made an eight high straight to win this pot after getting called on the river.

Ivey 3

Hansen took another pot off one of his highest profile enemies witha bet of $3000 on the river of a Limit Omaha H/L hand.

Ivey 4

Dwan got it back, however. In this pot, he made a full house on both runs of the hand for a win of over $32,000.

Ivey 5

Dwan, however, went back in the red here. Phil Ivey took a Stud Hi pot to double up to over $23,000 with three eights.

Ivey 6

Dwan once again took a hit, this time losing a hand of more than $35,000 to the quad aces of ‘FinnnishNightmre.’

Ivey 7

Ivey won another big pot off Dwan in this hand. Kings were good enough to outlast straight and flush draws to take this pot.

Ivey 8

The terrible day for Dwan didn’t stop there. In this Omaha H/L hand, Dwan called the river bet of Gus Hansen, only to be on the losing end of a scoop to a straight and a six low.

Ivey 9

Di ‘Urindanger’ Dang came into the action here, winning a three way capped pot with queens full for $48,000.

Ivey 10

The amazingly awful day of Tom Dwan continued in this hand, losing a pot of over $28,000 to Hansen, who won a Razz pot a queen low.

Ivey 11

The biggest story of the big game on this day was the losses of Tom Dwan, which amounted to around $150,000. The winners on the session were Di Dang, Phil Ivey, and Gus Hansen. Hansen won nearly $100,000, while Ivey and Dang each won around $50,000.
