WSOP June 17th, 2008Nikolay Evdakov is a poker player from Moscow, Russia. He is making his presence known at the 2008 World Series of Poker by cashing in numerous tournaments. He placed 12th in the PL Holdem event for $49k, 139th and 48th in two NL Holdem events for $14k combined, 24th in the World championship mixed event for $16k, 13th in the NL 2-7 lowball draw for $26k, and 14th in the PL Omaha with rebuys for $61k.

With the conclusion of Event #28, he is the only player to have cashed 6 times in the 2008 World Series of Poker to date. He is a serious contender to match or beat the record for most WSOP cashes in a single year, which is currently set at 8 cashes and held by four players: Michael Binger, Chad Brown, Phil Hellmuth, Humberto Brenes.
